Made Basic is in pre-release. We do not currently sell products or process payments on madebasic.net. Product keys may be issued manually for testing or early access. No purchase contract is formed until paid checkout is enabled or we separately accept an order.

Using the site

You may browse madebasic.net and use pre-release previews we make available. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, send abusive traffic, or use Made Basic in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are abused or used to bypass licensing.

Pre-release previews may change or be withdrawn at any time. Do not rely on them as the only copy of important data.

Licences and software

Product keys are part of the Made Basic licensing system and must not be shared, resold, or used to bypass licence limits. Desktop app use is governed by the Software Licence.

The licensing API at api.madebasic.net is private and for official apps only. See API Terms.

Made Basic content and software remain the property of the operator. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except where these terms, the Software Licence, or law allows.

Everything else

Desktop apps store your content on your device. The site and apps may still contact Made Basic services for accounts, licensing, downloads, and security. The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed.

We may change or suspend parts of the site, accounts, previews, or API where needed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. If you use Made Basic for business purposes, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time.
